     2nd Floor Borough Hall

The Housing Official is responsible for residential Certificate of Occupancy (CO).  If a home within the Borough sells it's required that a new CO is completed and be filed at Borough Hall.  The same goes for rental properties, each new tenant needs to have a new CO. The Housing Official also has the duty of making sure landlord registration forms are filled out annually for each rental unit within the Borough.  This form protects both the landlord and tenant and must be filed with the Borough.

All vacant and abandoned properties must be reported through the Housing Officer.
