Is seeking a qualified individual for an open position in our public works department. This full-time position will require but not be limited to such duties as trash and recycling recovery, weed trimming/lawnmowing & mower maintenance, brush chipping/collection, bulk trash collection, street repairs, storm water infrastructure maintenance/repairs, snow plowing, maintenance of public property such as playgrounds and buildings, snow removal and vehicle maintenance. Heavy lifting and manual labor in adverse weather conditions is required. Normal work hours are 7AM to 3:30 PM with overtime in certain instances. Must possess a valid NJ drivers license, class B cdl or ability to get within 6 months of hire, high school diploma or equivalent, pass drug screening and background check.
