 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL & QUALIFICATIONS (RFP) FOR MUNICIPAL PROFESSIONALS

1. PURPOSE AND INTENT Through this Request for Proposal & Qualification (RFP), the Woodstown Borough Municipal Utility Authority (hereinafter the “Authority”) seeks to engage vendors as Auditor, Solicitor, and Engineer for the period commencing February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027.This contract will be awarded through a fair and open process pursuant to NJSA 19:44A-20.4 et seq.

II. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION An original clearly marked as the “ORIGINAL” and one (1) full, complete and exact copy of each proposal shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and must be marked with the appropriate position of “Auditor,” “Solicitor” or “Engineer” whichever may apply, and addressed to: Secretary Woodstown Borough Municipal Utility Authority 25 West Avenue Woodstown, NJ  08098 The proposal must be received by Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Emailed and/or Faxed proposals will NOT be accepted. All documents/information submitted in response to this solicitation shall be available to the general public as required by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.  The Authority will not be responsible for any costs associated with the presentation of the proposal.  The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, with or without cause, and waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals.  The Authority further reserves the right to make such investigations as it deems necessary as to the qualifications of any and all vendors submitting proposals.  In the event that all proposals are rejected, the Authority reserves the right to re-solicit proposals.

The Borough of Woodstown is soliciting proposals or qualifications through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.  
Sealed proposal or qualification responses shall be received by the Borough Clerk on December 23, 2025 at 2:30 PM in the Borough Clerks Office, 25 West Avenue, Woodstown, NJ 08098 at which time and place responses will be received for: BOROUGH OF WOODSTOWN 2026 MUNICIPAL PROFESSIONALS

PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Woodstown Planning Board is requesting qualifications for the following professional services for the Borough of Woodstown during the year 2026:

·       Planning Board Engineer

·       Planning Board Planner  

All submissions shall be submitted no later than December 18, 2025.  All submissions shall be submitted to Borough of Woodstown Planning Board, Attention: Patricia Bohren, Secretary, 25 West Ave, Woodstown, NJ 08098. Qualifications are being solicited in accordance with the fair and open process as set forth by P.L. 2004, Chapter 19 (as amended by P.L. 2005, c.51) N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.
