Small Cities Housing Rehab Forgivable & Deferred Loan

The Small Cities Housing Rehabilitation Forgivable & Deferred Loan Program is available for low and moderate income homeowners in Woodstown and Pilesgrove.  The program is used to make improvements to your home.  The total amount of the project is placed as a lien on the property.  No payments are required, and no interest accrues.  Six (6) years after the agreements are signed, 50% of the total is converted to a grant and forgiven.  The remaining 50% is a deferred load, and due payable when the property is sold.

Please see the income guidelines in the attachments below.  If you qualify and would like to apply, please complete the application form.  All applications for both Woodstown and Pilesgrove residents may submit the application in person to the Municipal Clerk's Office, 25 West Ave, Woodstown, NJ 08098.
