Animal Control is responsible for stray or lost animals within the Borough. If an owner loses their animal and it has been registered at the Borough Hall, it will be able to track it back to the owner by using the tag number. If an animal is seen loose, please call right away to animal control or the Borough Hall to ensure the situation gets handled as quickly as possible. 

Reasons to call Animal Control:

• Animal causes harm to someone 
• Animal causes damage to property
• Animal has no leash/wandering freely
• Dogs that bark continuously or in any way disturbs the peace and quiet of the residents
