Qualifications are being solicited in accordance with the fair and open process as set forth by P.L. 2004, Chapter 19 (as amended by P.L. 2005, c.51) N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. The Borough of Woodstown Planning Board reserves its right to reject all submissions and/or award any or all contracts to a qualified vendor through a non-fair and open process in accordance with law.
