To apply for a Marriage or Civil Union License, an appointment must be made with the Registar of Vital Statistics.

Before coming in for the appointment, fill out the first 2 pages of the application (link below)  DO NOT fill out any portion of Page 3. Page 3 must be filled out during your appointment with the Registar. 

Remember to bring the following with you to the appointment- 

-Application
-Both Applicants
-Government Issued Photo Identification (Drivers License Preferred)
       -If using Passports, you must also bring Proof of Residency (bank statement, recent utility bill, etc.)
-A witness over the age of 18 who knows both applicants
-$28.00 fee; cash or check only, made payable to the Borough of Woodstown

There is a State mandated 72 hour waiting period from the time of application to when the License can be issued. To avoid any delays, make your appointment 1 week prior to the wedding.
