The Zoning Officer is responsible for inspecting structures and land within the Borough. You may obtain zoning permits directly from the zoning office located on the second floor of Borough Hall. Zoning permits are required for new construction or adding an addition, building or installing a shed, pool, garage, deck, fencing, signs and sidewalks. If you have a question as to whether or not a Zoning Permit is required, please contact the Zoning Officer.
