- Animal must have a valid rabies shot good through November in the current year in order to get a license
- Animal must be six months old before they can get a shot, 1st shot is good for one year 2nd and after are good for 3 years.
- Bring to the Clerk's Office rabies shot certificate that does not expire before November of the present year.
- Supply the following information:
- Owners name and address
- Telephone number
- Sex of cat
- Breed of cat
- Age of cat
- Long or Short hair
- Name of cat
- Spayed/Neutered (from the Spayed/Neutered Certificate)
- Rabies Expiration Date (from Rabies Certificate)
- Pay the Licensing Fee, $15.00 if Spayed/Neutered $18.00 if not.
- You will be given a paper license expiring January 31st of the following year, and a metal numbered tag to be placed on your cat.
If a cat is found with a Woodstown Tag we can get it back to the proper home.
A late fee of $10.00 will be charged on all licenses not renewed before May 31st, of the current year.
There is an additional penalty of $50.00 if the license is renewed as a result of the Cat Census
