Chief Financial Officer/Qualified Purchasing Agent PT

Finance Clerk PT

Borough of Woodstown, Salem County is seeking a qualified candidate for a part-time position 10-15 hours per week as Finance Clerk. The candidate must be proficient with Edmunds Municipal Software and Microsoft Word/Excel. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Issuing Purchase Orders, creating Bill Lists, issuing payments, Payroll oversight, employee benefits administration (PERS/PFRS/Health Benefits), accounts payable/receivable, managing vendors, bank deposits, posting deposits, and other duties as assigned by the CFO.
