The Borough of Woodstown is soliciting proposals or qualifications through a fair and open process
in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.

 

Sealed proposal or qualification responses shall be received by the Borough Clerk on December 23, 2025 at 2:30 PM in the Borough Clerks Office, 25 West Avenue, Woodstown, NJ 08098 at which time and place responses will be received for:

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROVIDING FOR

OPERATION, MANAGEMENT, AND ADMINISTRATION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FOR THE BOROUGH OF WOODSTOWN 

The Borough of Woodstown is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq. 

Sealed RFP responses will be received on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. prevailing time in the Woodstown Municipal Building, 25 West Avenue, Woodstown, New Jersey 08098, at which time and place responses will be opened for:

Providing for Operation, Management, and Administration of

Emergency Medical Services for the Borough of Woodstown

Specifications may be obtained daily between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM from the Borough of Woodstown, Office of the Borough Clerk, 25 West Avenue, Woodstown, NJ 08098 or they may be mailed on telephone request (856) 769-2200 Extension 100, or e-mail request to clerk@historicwoodstown.org.

 Water Payments Online is Temporarily Unavailable !

From December 1 through December 8, Online Payments for Water will not be available.  We are updating our systems to reflect that the newly formed Woodstown Borough Municipal Utility Authority (WBMUA) will be operating the water system.  Payments via Check and/or Cash can still be brought into the Clerk's Office, and will be applied as of the date they were received in the office.  

Special Meeting Notice

There will be a special meeting of the Woodstown Borough Council for the purpose of awarding a contract for EMS Services on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the council room at Borough Hall located at 25 West Avenue, Woodstown, NJ.  Official action will be taken.


The Planning Board Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December 3 has been cancelled.  The next meeting will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 7pm. 

Please note: the Sewerage Authority has been reformed to be the Woodstown Borough Municipal Utilities Authority (WBMUA) has been moved to be under the "Departments" tab, with the new title applied.
 
 
  
Leaf Pickup is ongoing in the Borough between October and December. Brush/Branches will not be picked up during this time. Please make sure that any/all piles of leaves left out for pickup are free from all objects that are not leaves (i.e., sticks, metal, plastic, shrubs, grass, etc.) If you hire a contractor to remove the leaves from your yard(s), you must arrange for the contractor to dispose of the leaves. The Borough will not pick up leaves left to the curb by hired contractor(s). 
 
 
 
  
 
 
Please make sure your trash cans are a minimum of 3 feet away from any item, including other cans, cars, poles, etc. to ensure pick up
 
 
 
 

   

 

Large Item Pickup

The disposal of large items will be the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month.  To schedule a pick up, provide the Clerk's office with your name, phone number, address, and a description of what is to be picked up, along with $35 (cash or check only) per item, no later than 2pm the Thursday before pick up.
